I am getting this error in Intrepid Beta.
Kernel: 2.6.27-6-generic
Error message box:
DBus error org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.NoReply: Did not receive a reply.
Possible causes include: the remote application did not send a reply,
the message bus security policy blocked the reply, the reply timeout
I may have a solution. This may not work for every one.
I installed Intrepid off a bootable USB key, as my laptop has no optical
drives.
Today I went through and checked blkid.tab, fstab, and mtab after
inserting a USB key and getting the error.
I found a line in blkid.tab that had /dev/sdb1 lis
System has been updated to 8.10.
Still have the same issue of it thinking the USB key is a CD-ROM.

I can replicate this issue on Ubuntu 8.04 64bit. I also think it is
something to do with 64bit and Python. I have no issues on a 32bit
system.
aDesklets was installed from source, using Python 2.4.
