after spending COUNTLESS hours trying to research this, i never found a
solution that really worked for me. (some did partial/temp fixes)
anyways; I have a asus mb, amd x2 64x, nvidia 7300GS, and with the same known
problem: "title bar missing after beryl/compiz finished loading".

Here's another work around that worked for me:
Put compiz in the startup items, that way you don't have to start it
manually everytime... ;)
