Received update backport-iwlwifi-dkms 7906-0ubuntu4~18.04.1 solves wifi
problems with kernel 5.3.0-28-generic.
Wifi is working and stable now

- standard boot does not complete - need to manually select upstart or recovery
as home partition is LUKS encrypted using cryptsetup and standard boot does not
