no it was not even near the current speed in feisty and before that. if i open
very intensive site it will eat my CPU 100%.
by the way PC Spec is P4 3.2 northwood 2GB of ram.

I upgraded to 7.10 since the beta. and since the beta the bug existed and
even after the final version released the bug still exist. But with fresh
install the final 7.10 its ok.
