Two-three months ago, I started having this kernel bug.
When I boot using kernel 46, "linux-image-4.15.0-46-generic" everything
seems to be functional.
But when I boot using one of the more recent kernels, the system usually
crashes or reboots. I have noticed the problem on

I try to write script /etc/pm/sleep.d/00restoreNetworkManagerconnection, but it
doesn't work.

I have the same issue on Radeon 570 4gb, Ryzen 1700, MSI Tomahawk on
18.04.
The only way to boot is to use IOMMU=soft.
