QCA6390 bringup. Find the "Adding this PPA to your system" section,
which has the instructions to add that PPA to your system. The commands
to execute here are:

By the way, as you can see the kernel package name is "linux-image-
unsigned". Because that's not an official kernel package but built from
a personal PPA, it cannot be signed, which follows you'll have to
disable SecureBoot before trying it out.

So I can confirm with patch from
https://github.com/tomaspinho/rtl8821ce/pull/50 built into ppa-1861278,
some previously disabled entries from `iw list` output now become
enabled but with comments "(no IR, radar detection)". Don't quite know
what does this mean and I'd need verification with realy
@kay, please file a new bug instead.

Do you mean you can no longer login GUI after lid open? Do you still
have the access to the system after that? For example, is it possible to
login your laptop via ssh over Wi-Fi/ethernet? If it's not even
available, you may still paste /var/log/syslog of the last boot.
