I can not remove currently installed software and I can not install
software with the Software Center. I can use the Synaptic Package
Manager though. I even tried reinstalling the Software Center. Also it
does not load the images for the software either.

I have tried my Canada mirror, the main mirror, I had it check for the
best mirror and tried it too. None work. It always takes a few minutes
for the program to tell me that it can't get the images and anytime I
press install or remove they don't do a single thing. It says "No
Screenshot available"
