In feisty, the package g++-4.1 depends on libstdc++6-4.1-dev, but
libstdc++6-4.1-dev depends on g++-4.1. I didn't think such loops were
allowed.

helloworld.c from the gtk+ tutorial (http://library.gnome.org/devel/gtk-
tutorial/stable/) using the command line?

I am using dapper, and I have the same problem. Every couple of days,
gnome-cups-icon starts using 100% of the cpu (according to top). Just
today, it happened as soon as I booted up and logged in.
I have the latest dapper version of gnome-cups-manager installed
(version 0.31-1.1ubuntu13).

Iam running dapper, and I am having the same problem. Others have
reported the problem in the forums:

I had mesa-common-dev installed, but the *.h header files that are part of the

I can confirm problem 2 listed above, using alacarte in Dapper.
I created a menu entry in a submenu. I used the icon button to
bring up the Icon Selector window, browsed for the directory that
I wanted, selected the icon, and clicked on OK in the Icon Selector
window. The icon showed up in the E
This bug seems still there on Ubuntu 18.04 with a Jabra Speak 410 USB
conference speaker/microphone, see attached screenshot of the top-right
menu. Note that the output seems to work both when selecting 'Analog
Output' or 'Digital Output (S/PDIF)'.

existed on kubuntu & ubuntu for the past three versions of k/ubuntu as
far as I can recall.
Since network manager applet cannot connect to wpa2/hidden essid
