I 've got a hp pavilion dv5173ea, with an intel 82801G (ICH7) high definition audio , working under ubuntu feisty. sound is ok but microphone (capture function) still with out working I currently use ALSA drivers. -- Sound card doesn't have capture function https://launchpad.net/bugs/67531 --
