sudo chmod ugo-r /usr/lib32/libpulse.so.0.12.2
Hopefully in the future update, or in the final release, this problem
will be fixed out of the box.

I also find similiar case in recent Natty build with Emacs
23.2+1-7ubuntu2. Additionally the menu for Latex (and Math mode) is not
even displayed. Loading auctex.el and preview-latex.el gives no result.
However menus for Python and C++ are shown without any problem.
