I'm using Jaunty with latest mga drivers (from Bryc's repo) and mga_hal
installed for my dual-screen Matrox G550 PCI (not low profile).
Output is 2 x standard VGA. Screen res is 1440x900
The machine displays fine (on 1 screen only

After listing about 20 recipients for email I cannot seem choose all of them
I installed Paulo's deb above (thank you, Paulo).
It got my Matrox G400 Dual-Head working on one screen, but it doesn't
seem to include mga_hal:

Thank you: I fixed it by setting the "ignoreABI" switch when starting
Gnome. Not the best way, but it works for now

Can't tell, as I've just upgraded to Lucid and now can't get past the
login screen without going to low-graphics mode :(

I have the same issue as Micah on Karmic, but I'm using a g550.
Mirrored screens work fine, but trying to get a desktop across both causes that
same error message:
(EE) MGA(1): Unable to map BAR 0. Invalid argument (22)
Works fine until I add the "Monitor1 RightOf Monitor2" line

Hi there
I found out that the issue was down to the Wacom tablet config in my
Xorg.conf. Lord knows why it was throwing the video, but when I
chopped out everything from Xorg.conf and added in each bit one at a
time, the Wacom config was the culprit!
