It's on ONE app. I can start it in the primary window and move it to
external monitor.
One important thing to highlight though, sometimes the Files app starts
perfectly without this error, i.e, without this freezing the external
monitor thingy.

the Settings and it takes quite a while to turn on!

I just checked and it has switched to using "manually-installed driver"
somehow. I installed the "proprietary, tested" driver last time. Not
sure if Ubuntu upgrade messed it up. Anyway, the rest of the options are
disabled and I can't choose any of them. What should I do now?
