I have the some problem after the kernel upgrade to 2.6.24.21 :-(
My rt73 based DLink DWA-110 USB stick had no problem under 2.6.24-19.
I hope in some solution, plese.

I can confirm this bug from a my clean 8.10 install (without any
additional repositories) :-( Always when there is a @-symbol in the
username, keepassx 0.3.3 quits!
There's some temporary workaround for now?

Add other information... if I launch keepassx 0.3.3 from command line
then I see this assert error "ASSERT: "c!=-1" in file lib/HelperX11.cpp,
line 32" when keepassx quits.

I have installed ubuntu 12.04 now on my laptop and I have this constant
high load averange :-(

This seems to be occurring again in a default desktop installation of
Ubuntu 10.10. MSN status, once offline, cannot be changed :-(
