Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch "gnome-control-center sound-nua"
2. Click on tab "Sound Effects" and confirm alert sound actually working by
click on different alert sound.
3. Check "Mute" on "Alert volume" scroll bar, make sure it's checked and

The regression will happen on some oem preinstall machine with precise
