Public bug reported:
When i suspend the system and then try to turn it on the screen flickers
and goes blank.The system is running but the display is blank and i'm
forced to restart the system to use the system again.

So that's an issue to be managed by AMD but the problem is I'm using some
frameworks on that GPU
