It seems Migros-Bank and Kobil relies on LTS versions.
My favourite solution is: virtualbox.
1. Make sure, dkms is installed
2. Install virtualbox (also availabe directly from the virtual-box site)
3. Make shure you're member of the 'vboxusers'-group (/etc/group
It seems to have changed:

To get the card reader working I have used both so far:
libccid *and* the Kobil-Driver together. (I need a libct.so for Hibiscus from
the Kobil-driver which in turn uses libccid)
