The Problem:
devicekit prompts for authentification to mount the windows 7 boot partition.
It wants to mount /dev/sda3, there comes no prompt for /dev/sda4
org.freedesktop.devicekit.dis
the promt comes after the first log in after system start. By logging
out without mounting, the promt don't come.

Before your patches, and new drives, the confused screen comes every
time after suspend, and this one was the first I have notified (X is
crashed, and restarted - with five suspends before). Now with two
suspends and kill Xorg, the problem does not occure.

NOTE: If I get back to gnome open a window, move it into the DOWN-part,
I will see it again on STRG+Alt+F1 (see third attachment)

nautilus OFTEN does NOT open dictionarys (FAT/EXT3). In terminal/konqueror it

My ubuntu revision is ubuntu 9.10, the latest update concerning this
update was at 2009-11-09
Note: the diffused screen changes when you open an other program as
firefox (you see an other name). The diffused screen is only a very very
bad copy of the X-server-screen. At shutdown, I thin
ubuntu 8.10 wasn't installed on this machine, perhaps the live cd was a
quick time in it...

With my Acer TravelMate 8571-352G25Mn suspend to RAM does not work, too.
(suspend to HDD works)
Thats the TravelMate with the Core2Solo SU3500 CPU shipped with Linpus Linux
(terminal only)
I'm using ubuntu 9.10 amd64 with 2.6.31-20-generic linux kernel.
The latest apt-get update; apt-get dist-up
With ubuntu 10.04 beta from USB (amd64) it's the same problem...

NOTE: With the vesa driver 640x480 the error doesn't occurs after SUSPEND TO
RAM.
It is possible to use the vesa driver with 1024x768?
