The GTK version of Mplayer takes a while to open any video file and
doesn't respond during that time. This doesn't happen if I start the
non-gui mplayer from terminal.

This bug just appeared on my Gutsy installation after an upgrade. Here's

The only debugging packages related to libcairo that I can find in the
repositories are libclutter-cairo-0.4-dbg and python-cairo-dbg. Should I

The "Migrate documents and settings" step hangs and does nothing, then
it crashed and sent an automated report. I'm using today's Daily Build
x86 CD. Tell me if you need any additional info or logs, and also tell
me how to get them.

Indeed, after the update it didn't crash (can't say if there are no
problems later in the process, because I cancelled Ubiquity when I saw
my Windows account in the list).

Hello, any app that normally resides in the Notification Area tray will
disappear from docky if I close it (x button) instead of minimize. I
haven't been using ubuntu or any linux for a couple of months, but I
remember that back then it didn't do
