I have 6 packages pinned in order to avoid updating them (Synaptics
shows them under "pinned" status).
Update Manager always appears on the notification area as if I had
packages ready to update, but the reality is that they are not.

I use one folder per account where I have both sent and received emails
in order to have a full threaded conversation.
In order to get that, I specify the place where all sent emails should
go per account and also set up a filter for mail arriv
I have experencied the same problem. It looks like the composer's
contacts are cached or something and it is not updated as soon as you
add a contact. Restarting evolution usually doesn't solve the problem.
The only thing that works for sure is logging out and in again.

No, it is not the inbox folder. I have a folder called "Selenca" where I
have all my email from that account (received and sent).
I'm attaching a screeshot so you can see what i'm saying.
Let me know if this explains the problem correctly.

Sebastien, yes, if I do evolution --force-shutdown the changes show up.
Otherwise the contact doesn't even show up in evolution but it shows
that the contact is already there if I try to add it again.
By the way, I tried today to enter a contact by using the "New contact"

I'm not sure this is a duplicate of #15387.
The problem reported there is just because of the encoding of one
character. This is about how evolution encodes the whole subject when
there is an international char
The upstream bugzilla bug number is 417000 as mentioned in the first
comment.
I know you are overloaded with bugs and other work. I really appreciate
your time to answer about this. I think that if you can just add a
comment to upstream's bug, it would at least make it go from UNCONFIRMED
to CONFI

The mail printing bug seems to be fixed since Evolution moved to gtk-
print. I have tried changing the font size on Evolution's configuration
and the print preview responds to it perfectly.
I think the bug should be closed.

Thunderbird. I have changed email addresses in both of them.
As you can see, the header lines are the same ones I posted on my
original message.

In Ubuntu 7.10 that includes evolution 2.12.0 this bug seems to be

Sebastien, I'm pretty sure I did have this problem in edgy but I cannot
guarantee it. Since I added a second adressbook to evolution, this
problem didn't show up anymore. I don't know if this is just a
coincidence or an updated package.
