I upgraded the system that I'm using from 7.10, and I don't have the
system generated Xorg.conf anymore. I know how to backup the conf file
if you can tell me how to get a virgin xorg.conf file again. I'm not
even really sure whether the Xorg.0.log is what you would want due to

I can print a test page, and I can print from Firefox. When I try to
print from OOo, I get a notification stating that the job printed
successfully, but nothing actually comes out of the printer. The
printer will turn on if it is off. So

I added the repository and key. Then, I updated my entire system.
No change other than getting an Ubuntu branded splash screen for OOo
(instead of the Mint one).

It doesn't matter what file I try to print. I can open OOo in Writer
and try to print the blank page. It just won't print.
Word will print from within Crossover.

I have a Gateway NV54, and the trackpad is messed up. In Maverick, it shows up
as the IMPS/2 mouse. Edge scrolling works, but would like two finger. :) Under
Natty, it shows up as "AlpsPS/2 ALPS GlidePoint", with no scrolling. I just
