I run some PowerTop tests on 5 kernels (the full results are in the attached
file) on Ubuntu 11.04 (Dell Studio 1557)

I downloaded and checked Oneiric 11.10 live cd several times and I can't
reproduce the bug I've reported on 11.04. This is maybe due to the new stack
(Gnome 3, GTK3) of the new Ubuntu 11.10 versus the old stack (Gnome 2, GTK2) of
11.04...

I mark my Bug as Invalid, because I have found the source of the
problem:
I had installed ESET Nod32 Beta 64bit for Linux and It was causing the
corruption of downloaded packages. I contacted with ESET to report the problem
and their response was clear:
