The users are unable to locate the Trash from the bottom panel as there is no
description over there. It just says 'Menu'.
The Trash is a place to like any other places shown listed in the Places menu,
hence this would be an advantage for them.

You are right. But blind people are not going to delete the item by
dragging it into the bottom panel. Rather, they would hit the delete
button and later if they plan to do an undelete, finds it difficult to
locate the trash from the bottom panel. Hence it would make some real

Confirmed on Dell Inspiron 11 convertible touch screen laptop with kubuntu
14.10. It happens as follows:
Touch screen stops tapping on the Desktop after you add a widget on the
desktop. Removing the widget does not help either.
