When I tried to add the URL to KDE Base as you suggested, I got an error
saying this had already been done. Let me know if I've messed up the
Affects stuff at the top of the page.

I have the same thing happening. When I put in Ctrl+V for the trigger
and click OK, systemsettings crashes. I have attached the backtrace that
was automatically created.
