I'm using Ubuntu Intrepid Ibex (8.10). I have installed the plugin that
allows me to open a terminal. When I do so in a remote directory (via
SSH or SFTP), the terminal appears all right, but it crashes as soon as
I enter the password for login.

When I put a blank line in the location text box of Nautilus (instead of
something like '/home/user') the whole application shuts down (even
other windows if they are open) and then restarts (just one instance in
this case).
