I'm not sure what you mean. The bug is still the same: You cannot login
into MTGO 3.x with builtin wine, nor with only dotnet20.
At most I could understand marking this as a dupe of

It means you can only login into the game with dotnet40. any of the previous
dotnets or builtin dlls don't let you login.
did i miss the point in time where applications that work with dotnetxx are no
longer considered for bugs in mscoree and related dlls?

Okay then. I thought it would be considered a bug until it worked with
mono, even if it worked with some dotnet version. I will close this as
fixed then and open a new one for mono.

28621) and on gdiplus that prevent progress with .net (bug 31293) before
getting to the login screen.
