I retested this problem by using the adept interface for the change in
the sources.list file. It does not check the input for correct input.
In addition, when the "deb" at the beginning is missing, it puts all
subsequent additions into the same line.

I have tested this just again with the newest hardy KDE3.5.9 apps and
again I was able to safely remove in cases 1-3 in the normal way.
I did not test case 4, I don't know how you created the task bar applet.
All my test were based on English installation.

(recursively) that are dependend on it. However the package itself is
not dependend on any of those (but in fact reverse dependent).
