It's something strange.
The problem happens if the hdmi cable is attached to hdmi ports 2 or 3
on the tv. If the hdmi port 1 is used, no problem at all.
So it seems like some problem on the lcd tv ports :o
Could it be that other tvs have the same issue ?

I finally - after 6 months lol >_<' - found that ... plugging the cable
in HDMI 1 instead of HDMI 3 on my tv makes everything work good.
Ok, may we try to understand why HDMI 3 doesn't work ?

As in summary, I have an external USB 3 capable box carrying inside a 2
tera disk with a 2 tera partition formatted by ext 4.
If I plug it on the USB 3 port on my AsRock 880GMH/USB3 motherboard,

on the bottom of the Additional Drivers gui.
On the header, it says : No proprietary drivers are in use on this
