Connecting to our University's webdav server works fine via Nautilus. It
asks for both username and password, and displays the contents.
I also have the same problem as fields_g describes. However, I do not
get an icon on my desktop that works.
As of right now, I do not know of a way to access our University's
"UDrive" via secure Webdav using Ubuntu 8.04. It worked fine in 7.10...

That might be another problem... I've had nouveau blacklisted and
removed from the start (my machine couldn't even boot with nouveau
anywhere). I'm running nvidia-331 and still, very rarely, have the
problem.
I did just update to nvidia 331.20 today and haven't seen the problem
yet
I have the same problem as described by many in this thread. Ubuntu-
studio v13.10, kernel 3.11.0-13-generic
MSI GE40, NVIDIA GeForce 760M, nvidia-319 & nvidia-331 both cause
problems with nvidia-prime (muxless system)
GUI will completely lockup randomly & infrequently... mouse/keyboard
doesn't v
I recently switched away from Cinnamon/gnome back to Xfce 4.12 (with
window composition disabled) & I haven't noticed the problem anymore
after a few solid days of use.
