you can close this thread - I can confirm, that problem is solved in
Ubuntu 19.04 and kernel "Linux zenbook 5.0.0-15-generic".
For people, who want to compile own kernel, I described my own
solution step by step. Disadvantage is, that it isn't in english. But
described commands could help

I found that touchpad device in /proc/bus/input/devices has different
name. So touchpad detection does not work as I expect.
