Ubuntu update schedule.

When I log out and log in back the Dark System Theme is switched back to White
System Theme.
After logging back any operation is sluggish (simply opening directory takes
like 20 seconds) also icons theme is reset to the default.

Hi Paul,
Ubuntu 24.04 workstation desktop - vanilla flavour.
Another issue was the mouse cursor escaping through the upper right part of
the working space. Simply if you would divide the workspace into 4 equal
parts the right edge of the top right quadrant is letting the mouse cursor
