2) Tried both 10.04 and 10.10 packages (i tried to downgrade gozerbot package,
it didn't help):

3-4) I use debmirror in my update script, but after dist upgrade (11.04 ->
11.10) debmirror ignores method option and always trying to use rsync. Thats
how i launch debmirror:
debmirror --verbose --host=archive.ubuntu.com --root=ubu
