Unfortunately I don't really know how to create a fixed package, and I guess I will have to wait until it will be made available on the servers. In the meantime, do you think you could send me the fixed .deb by mail attachment ([EMAIL PROTECTED]), so I could simply install it with dpkg -i? Normall

Thanks for the detailed answer. It worked in the way that I could install php4-yaz, but now I have a new problem. Everytime I want to install a new package on the server, apt-get informs me that something is broken, and that php4-yaz will be removed. Of course, I can always a) remove php4-yaz b) i
