I can confirm this bug, it can be 100% reporduced and affects everyone who sets the window buttons from the right to the left (e.g. via gnome tweaks or gsettings). Very ugly and irritating. Most applications are ok, it could some others as well but it is mostly just the gnome-control-center. @Dr
