I have not been able to install a dapper guest on a machine running a
fresh install of gutsy. The CPU is: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5345 @
2.33GHz.

above, by setting -m 1024, and installing a LVM filesystem instead of
the ext3 one.

down to the fact that yphelper does not seem to know about all the
master's maps. Hence, the slave does not get that information either,
which means that clients sometimes have acce

The "unusual" changelog entry is due to emacs' debian changelog mode. I
used M-x debian-changelog-unfinalise-last-version to open up the entry,
and M-x debian-changelog-finalise-and-save to save it. That's where the

I fixed the .desktop entry. I have also produced a new icon for xtide.
It is available in all the relevant sizes from 196 -> 16 pixels square.
The icons are packed in a uuencoded tar file in debian/, and are

I've addressed the issues in Cesare's review.
1) Package tested.
2) changelog improved. A couple of extra minor things were fixed to
satisfy lintian.

Confirmed that update does not break rdepends packages:
1) tcd-utils. I assume this package depends on xtide because you have
nothing to use it for if xtide is not installed. The purpose of the
programs in tcd-utils is to build a bin
