I have completely deinstalled and (after reboot) installed backuppc
Her the outputs:
$ systemctl status backuppc.service

it happened with the update-notifier that stuk at this packet.
Starting synaptic (after reboot without any problems) told that grup-pc
2.02~beta2-36ubuntu11.2 is installed already. A reinstall has shown no problems.
