Ok, I found the packages that allowed me to hear flash sounds: I've installed libflash-mozplugin libflash0c2 libflashsupport and eveything seems to go in the right way. I think it's because flashplayer use the oss output and ubuntu hardy utilses pulseaudio like soundserver. So, with libflashsupp
