It happens about every other shutdown/reboot. I'm having occasional
problems with suspend as well, which works fine 50% of the time or else
freezes.

But it can't be affecting all installations. I installed one or two dailies
before the beta. The error appeared after an upgrade. Currently fully upgraded.
Maybe just re-install... It's annoying to type the password three times at each
login. :D

Identical behaviour here on a P14s Gen3 AMD. Suspend works, but it
freezes seconds after logging in from GDM after resume.

My system freezes after waking from suspend
I think that has been tried, as described in the first post: “I have run
Ubuntu from a Live USB on the same machine, and when suspending, all

Public bug reported:
Until a few days ago, after some upgrade, wireguard config imported with
Network manager worked ootb. Now, it does not, there is no handshake.
Activating the same config file with wg-quick does work.
ProblemType: Bug
DistroRelease: Ubuntu 24.04
Package: network-manager 1.46.0
Well, with a new set of upgrades the problem seems to have resolved
itself.

Still having this problem on 24.04 LTS with the latest upgrades. It
happens rarely, systemctl -b -1 says:

Well, my specific problem might be related to the Thinkpad model:

Suspend works perfectly on my other computers.

sudo systemctl start suspend.target works fine but closing lid or
selecting suspend from the menu causes a freeze (no blinking light) and
requires hard shutdown.
