Sorry for the late reply. I missed the mail that someone had commented on this topic. I checked all PCs and only one of them got a new hard drive. The data was copied with dd. I can't deny that this is a duplicate of the bug you mentioned. It is quite similar. To pick up on some of the information

This bug also affects us on Ubuntu 24.04.1 LTS. When I run unattended-upgrade in debug mode, this error message appears after the packages have been downloaded, after the message “dpkg is configured not to cause conffile prompts” before the program starts installing the updates. Debian seems to b
