I've been testing this application on intrepid 64-bit and it doesn't
work,
When there is a jpg file in the frame, there is a video output of this
frame but all the other picture are dropped..

user, i set XDG_DATA_DIRS to set desktop file to be used for the users.
In my $HOME/.kde/config/kdeglobals i set

I did some testing.
I started the installer with the preseed file, let it fail, set -x in
bin/perform_recipe then i get back to make it fail again.

Removing the tailling space resolv the issue, but the preseed file was
working before the 8.04.2 and the file wasn't edited between then and

such parameter. I looked for "drop" and "privilege" and "root" and found
nothing useful. Configure from "rules" file doesn't have options that

source and it work fine on mandriva. The problem seem really to be in

Ok, I did install ubuntu interpid desktop from the official CD in french
update the system:

on liferea the context menu appear only in the bottom left part of the

I just tested the kernel amd64, took 6 minutes for my pc to boot and no
network once it was.
dhclient eth0 didn't work.

I see the same behavior on both Bionic and Xenial on the 4.15.0-43
kernel.
4.4.0-141 doesn't have the same issue but is still reacting weirdly.
with both libvirt and qemu from ubuntu updates and Ubuntu cloud archive.
the problem is more obvious when starting the vm on a server with
multiple numa
Just had this issue with upgrading from Newton > Ocata via Openstack-
ansible.
the issue I noticed it that is seems that only a reload "systemctl
reload virtlogd.service" isn't enough.
after instlalling the update, I can list the instances with "virsh
list" but when I use nova to interract with
did you use virsh to stop/start the vms ? or you did it via Nova ?
In my case I can list the vm just fine after a libvirtd restart, it's
only when nova is trying to stop/start or create new instance that it
hangs.

Sorry about the confusion.
1- update libvirt
2- virst list (I see running vms)
3- try to stop the vm with nova, "openstack server stop uuid"
4- virsh list. (now it hangs)
after restarting virtlogd and libvirtd, everything seems to work
correctly again.
anyhow, how does a reload of those process
I am also affected by this bug.
I recompiled slapd with the patch and it look like it works correctly.
