It appears to be a permissions issue preventing these menus from
displaying.
Here's a work around. If you launch dbeaver from the command line using
sudo, the menus do work:
sudo /usr/share/dbeaver/dbeaver
Apparently, something changed in Ubuntu 13.10 to where now this exact
same dbeaver deb ins
Please package this! The current deb installer doesn't get the permissions
quite right; you have to run dbeaver with sudo or the menus get corrupted:

I attempted create a hotkey for one of the default phrases that comes
with autokey. I was unable to achieve this; I was able to select the
control keys I wanted (using the mouse), but upon hitting a particular
key (on the keyboard), it would not register that key.

Today's Ubuntu 12.04 Server 64-bit Kernel Upgraded (from
3.5.0-48-generic to 3.5.0-49-generic) made Sabrent USB-G1000 network
card nonfunctional.
Before the upgrade, this is the kernel I was running:

Today, ubuntu server suggested updating to kernel 3.5.0-49
Well, although this was completely true at the time. I rebooted again
(using the default 3.5.0-49-generic kernel) and the Sabrent USB-G1000
network card is functioning again.
I'm not sure what went wrong, but after upgrading to 3.5.0-49-generic
(and rebooting) the Sabrent USB-G1000 seemed dead (ha

I installed the Ubuntu 14.04 64bit desktop on this ASUS F75A a few weeks
ago while it was still in beta.
Today, upon logging into this machine, the Unity Dekstop was missing the
top-panel and the launcher. I had to then press the power button for 5
seconds to turn off this la
The reason the reinstall didn't fix the issue is because I have the
/home folder on a separate partition and upon logging in for the first
time, Unity was reading the hidden files in the user's home directory.
Apparently, after the final release, there were some previously created
(during the beta)
Deleting all the hidden files and folders in the home directory was
overkill. Which specific hidden file/folders would have been more
targeted? I'd like to take note of this for future reference.

Title:
Missing "Safely Remove Drive" option from Quicklists. Only have
"Eject".

Ubuntu 16.04 is also missing "Safely Remove Drive" option. Instead it
has the "Eject" option, but after selecting this option on an ESATA
external hard-drive it offers no feedback to indicate that the
"ejection" was successfully.
Because of this, I always have to shutdown my computer before unplug

Before installing it, I'd like to take note of its package name. Since
gnome-software doesn't provide that information, I attempted to find it
myself:

I don't understand why this bug is still not fixed. The fix is simple:
just make python-xdg a radiotray dependency, so that, when you install
radiotray, it also installs python-xdg automatically. Done!

Thanks. "Medium" importance for this bug? This seems like the most
critical bug I've ever encountered, considering that if I had left my
laptop alone to "finish updating" it might have melted and caused a
forest fire before I got back :)

I don't understand why the package has not been updated yet. I've been
recommending that the main repository be updated to the version that's
in the Remmina Next repository since two versions ago.
If you want it work right, run this as one long command and reboot:
