Ouch. It worked with me, because of my special debug configuration of upstart
(self patch). I forgot that.
1. sudo rm /etc/init/aiccu.conf
2. sudo touch /etc/init/aiccu.conf
3. reboot
4. sudo dpkg -r aiccu
5. sudo aptitude install aiccu
(tested on a newly installed virtual machine :)

not wait until networking is up.
2. Bug is addressed by using upstart "on net-device-up" / "on

would you please be so kind, and start "sudo tcpdump -i wlan0 -s 1514 -w
aiccu.tcpdump tcp port 3874 or udp port 3740 or udp port 5072 or proto 41 or
icmp" in one terminal and "ping6 -c5 heise.de" in an other.
After the ping6 finishes, type ctrl-c in the tcpdump-terminal t
-proposed works for me. Tested against NUL-File and multiple VirtualBox-
images.
