While playing around, I noticed that command: "$ g++ -Wall -o getart
getart.cpp" repeatedly crashes with the following output:
getart.cpp: In constructor ‘drawing::drawing()’:

i also needed this package to fix flash video freezing issue. After
attempt to install "libflashsupport", when i try "# apt-get -f install"
this happens (i think it's related):

It only occurs with 8.04. WinXP and 7.10 works perfectly on same laptop.

I just noticed that bug may be relative with 2.6.22.16 kernel.
I installed 7.10 on the same laptop and upgraded to 8.04. It freezes
after print "Starting up ..." on screen when i choose 2.6.22.16 kernel
to boot. But 2.6.22.14 boots fine.
Any suggestions?

after installing jackd for amateur music production (ardour) purposes,
all audio system stopped working when jackd service is up.
However, since today, i was able to re-enable audio by stopping jackd service
manually. But it doesnt work anymore.
