I have exactly the same problem, with the same soundcard, on a Mac Pro Desktop. I think once I heard some faint sounds over my Headphone connected to the front 3.5mm socket, but that was all. Didnt file a seperate bug, as it seems a Mac-related problem and I have the same soundcard. Regards, Ka
