I agree with Emilio Monfort.Removing completely and reinstalling bzr-tools
doesn't produce the error.

Couldn't find a 'dbgsym' package for epiphany-webkit. So tried building one
from the source using(apt-get source epiphany-webkit && sudo apt-get build-dep
epiphany-webkit) and configuring with these options
./configure --with-engine=webkit --enable-debug --enable-gtk-doc
--enable-network-manager
Using libwebkit-1.0-1-dbgsym
