After upgrading to the latest xserver-xorg-input-* packages on jaunty
alpha, the synergy client mouse handling stopped working correctly.
When the client is running, it properly transfers the mouse from the

Sorry to not include these earlier, but I believe the relevant upgrade
in xserver-xorg-input-mouse occurred from 1.3.0 to 1.4.0. synergy is at
version 1.3.1-5ubuntu1, but has not been changed since this machine was
installed.

I have the same problem with an i965 chipset and all OGRE3D
applications. Switching back to libgl1-mesa-dri_7.3-1ubuntu4_i386.deb
causes the problem to go away.

anything else I have found has the ability to un-minimize it.
