I am also having this problem. I am almost positive it is not a router issue but an ISP issue. My reasoning is this. When I use my ISP's dns wget will not work. However if do wget -4(which forces ipv4) it does work. Further, if I switch the DNS server in /etc/resolv.conf to a ipv6 capable DNS serv
