When trying to view a new break.com video for the first time Firefox 3.0
RC 3 crashes on Ubuntu Hardy 8.04. When Firefox is then recovered there
are no issues viewing the video. Firefox will only crash the first time

Confirmed. Three finger right click does not work like it used to.
I don't see and point to scrolling on the right side of the touchpad,
since you can scroll with two fingers. Perhaps this is why three finger
right click doesn't work.

I have wallpaper-tray 0.5.5-0ubuntu2 installed on Jaunty 9.04 amd64 and
I am still having this problem. I can't execute "wallpaper-tray" in
terminal. Also when I right click my Gnome panel to add an applet
Wallpaper Tray is not listed in there.
On my 32 bit computer I have no problem finding it in
I've figured it out. The list of applets only updates after you restart
gnome. The wallpaper tray applet showed right up after I logged out and
logged back in. Hope this helps others who might run into the same
issue.

I think it should be evolution-alarm-notify's job to check for new mail,
just like it checks for new events, tasks, etc. I hope Evolution mail,
hasn't lost sight of it's primary purpose, to deliver mail. Notifying
the user of the new mail should be just as important as displaying it.

I use Totem-xine and it only displays the first frame of .flv (flash
video) files. All other formats display a frame from the middle of the
video. In The Gusty Gibbon pre-releases there was no problems with .flv
thumbnails, I used totem-xine then too.

Fantastic Sergey!! I Removed all the packages you listed. And Completely
Removed the one's you listed as "Purge". I also removed totem and
installed it again. Then I tried to play a video file and totem
successfully found the correct codec and installed it. Fixed.

I had the same problem. Commenting out the last line in "/etc/modprobe.d
/alsa-base.conf" didn't work for me. So the temporary solution I came up
with is a small shell script that constantly plays a silent wav file to
keep the sound card from turning off. I don't have any popping noise
anymore beca
Does anyone have a solution to this. I've tried the suggested solution
as well and it didn't work. It seems the suggested solution only works
for intel soundcards. I still have a popping noise right before audio
starts. I have an NVidia sound card.
