I'm using the stock package in Jaunty, and this seems to fix the issue.
I had to change the command to dbus-send (instead of dbus_send...is that
a typo in the script or a change made in Jaunty?) but I haven't had this
problem in the 2 weeks since you posted the script.

This is happening for me too with ndsiwrapper and BCM4328. It worked
great yesterday (October 15) and after aptitide dist-upgrade it won't
