You are upgrading from 12.04 to 14.04. Both of them are really old and
it will be hard to integrate a proper fix. Could you simpy remove the
libopenni-sensor-pointclouds0 before the upgrade doing:
apt-get remove libopenni-sensor-pointclouds0
You can install it again afterwards using:
apt-get ins
This looks strange, the postinst should only be triggered when you
upgrade from an really old version, but the logs suggest that it's a
fresh install. Is there anything else uncommon on your setup (like
upgraded from an other version, third party repos like PPAs)?

mountpoint) are not listed as mounted. But some mount helpers rewrite
the path before mounting (like cryptsetup transitioning through
