It should be able to install at least in your specs since 5.04 is still
a text install (if it were successful it would have been very slow
though) but are you able to try this on a newer version of Ubuntu? Same
result? If yes, we can have this bug remain open, if not we will
consider it fixed. Than

manually. Have you tried using 6.06 and still get the same result? This

That sounds like a good idea. Synaptic doesn't list the games contained
in gnome-games but rather the whole package itself then describe what
the package contains. I doubt if upstream will be open to splitting up
the gnome-games package since they are considered essential for every
release.

gvim not running from the terminal is not an issue here (it actually
works fine with me) but rather gvim not getting reflected in
Applications -> Accessories when you have been told so. The shortcut is
disabled and had to use Alacarte to turn it on and have it reflected in
the right place.

In Feisty final with a Treo 650 connected as usb: the sync for calendar,
memo and contacts work, but hangs when trying to sync the To Do list
from the test unit. Turning off the conduit will make things work again.
The rest of the conduits will work fine even.
